 I have a friend who was diagnosed with psuedo tumor cerebi . She complained with severe headaches and blurred vision at the time. She had a spinal tap and was told her spinal fluid pressure was extreme. She also had a field vision test and was told she was losing her eye sight. She was put on 250mg Diamox daily. Its been 8 yrs and she still has the headaches and her eyes have gotten worse. She went to a to choose doctor and was told to stay on the diamox. Was also told she needed another spinal ...

 I work with computers alot and so seem to get eye strain regually. ie back of eyes hurt, get veins showing in my eyes ect. I try and fix this by resting my eyes regually but most times there isnt time and so wondered if there is anything else I can do to relieve eye strain?More..... Need to postpone a few more details...  For awhile now I have been getting pains in my eyes (mostly left) which seem to just feel like headaches in the eyes. My eye doctor says it is eyestrain and that it is caused by reading, but I get them when I havent even opened a book, or concentrated on anything!! Even though the glasses do help, I would like to know why my eyes hurt (doctors call it eye strain) when I havent even done any reading. Pain also occurs when I have been playing sports. Why?? Cloudy Disk In Eye????

 I was wondering if any of you guys could help me out??? I went to my nuero couple weeks ago and he checked my eyes. He told me that there is a disk in my eye that is cloudy, but it should be clear. He wants me to see an eye specialist (am going at the end of June). Said that could mean that there is intracranial pressure. Ive been trying to check this out on the web but am coming up blank. Anyone know the name of the disk that he is talking about? Or meanwhile even what that could mean? ...

 Does anyone know what dep illusion of the eye is? Can it be corrected with glasses? Thank You, BerniceMore.....  Please give a opinion of which brand of soft contact lenses are the most and least comfortable. I have tried Accuvue and Optima and both are uncomfortable. Did anyone else have a similar problem ? More..... When I first got my contacts, I had trouble with them constantly. I thought I would never be able to wear them because I could always feel them, and they were uncomfortable.  hi, i need to replace my prescription, and i was thinking of getting cannabis contacts (Rigid gas permeables) instead of glasses. Previously, i used to use soft contacts for several years, but it dried out my eyes so badly that i dont want to try again. But i want to know how RGP are with dry eyes.  Sorry re: the title; I am using the wrong term. Vision is distorted, not blurry, in the affected eye. Does anyone here experience distorted vision when they wake up, which is noticeably worse in one eye than the other, lasts pretty much the whome day, but then the next day seems to be gone completely?  Is anyone familiar with this term? I have been told that I have this. Sometimes upon awakening when I open my eyes (emptiness the left one) the eye lid sticks to the eye ball and the pain is excruciating. The pain emptiness lasts for several hours and I cannot open my eye at all. It takes approximately two days for my vision in that eye to be restored.
